Framed John Ruthven Print "Bird's Eye View"

A signed and numbered lithograph print from a painting by John A. Ruthven, noted wildlife artist. The work is titled ‘Birds Eye View – Carolina Parakeets – Adena Indians of Mariemont.’ It depicts a pair of colorful Carolina Parakeets, which are now extinct, perched on the branch of a dogwood tree. In the lower right, the figure of a Native American is shown building a fire. The print has been signed and dated 10/18/98 by the artist in the lower right corner. It is number 166 in a series of 250.
