Item Details
A hand-knotted Caucasian carpet runner. This rug offers alternating medallions in a brown field with floral and leaf designs. A primary border and two guard borders feature floral patterns. The rug is in a palette of red, peach, yellow, blue, olive green, brown, and cream and is finished with double overcast edges and a natural wool warp fringe at either end. It does not have a maker’s mark or tag.
