Antique Hitch & Taylor Belt Hooks Box
Item Details
An antique wood box, originally for Hitch & Taylor belt hooks, with brass hinges and latch. This box has a light wood construction with dovetailed corners. To the inside of the lid, there is a black paper label which reads, ‘Contains 300 Hitch Patent Duplex Belt Hooks’ and ‘Hitch & Taylor Sole Manufacturers, Wilmington, Ohio’.
Condition
- to fair. Crayon markings and chalk dust on the inside.
