An original contemporary acrylic painting on canvas by revered Cincinnati, Ohio artist Robert Lee (R.L.) Walker. The painting depicts three layers of silhouetted trees set against dreamy pale backgrounds in complementary shades of purple, white, gray, and black. The painting is signed in black to the lower right. It is presented in a thin black metal frame with a hanging wire attached to the verso. Walker owned three art galleries in downtown Cincinnati during the 1950’s – 70’s and was a well-respected artist in his own right.
