A limited edition offset lithograph by listed Baltimore artist Mark A. Reynolds (1944 – ) titled Neighborhood Street Scene, released in 1984. The lithograph depicts a Baltimore street scene with a woman scrubbing her marble steps with a crab establishment in the background. It is signed by the artist on the mat in the lower right corner and is marked 10 out of 40 in the lower left corner. The piece is presented under glass beneath gray and red mats, in a silver tone frame, wired to the verso for hanging.
