Item Details
An original 1926 watercolor illustration on paper by an artist named J. LeSaint. The illustration depicts several donkeys packed with heavy loads as they wander through a stone Central or South American town. The painting is completed in neutral tones, backed by a vivid blue sky. The painting is signed and dated to the lower right. It is matted in off-white with several French lines and is presented behind glass in a thin wooden frame with white and blue finishes. A hanging wire is attached to the verso.
Condition
- matting is very slightly yellowed. Light scratching to frame.
