Item Details

A hand-painted Japanese Mikawachi ware porcelain incense burner. The incense burner features a round shape, with delicately pierced sides and lid. The sides are decorated with an applied, intricately modeled dragon, glazed in white. The body of the incense burner is finely hand-painted with flower designs in cobalt blue, and it rests on three short, curved legs. It is signed ‘今…製’ alongside a Mikawachi seal (三川内).
