An abstract painting on canvas by Nelle Ferrara. It features soft patches of turquoise, light and dark blue, orange, and white, with streaks of yellow and green. Signed ‘Nelle Ferrara’ on the bottom right. Unframed. Hangs from a wire on the reverse.
Artist’s note: ‘I have been an artist as long as I can remember. Even as a child the art classes at Hyde Park Grade school was very encouraging, then Withrod High had excellent art teachers. I worked in advertising and then married and moved around with husband, then children. I always found time for art and drawing in sketchbooks. The Pendleton Art Center gave me a way to become more serious. I have had my studio there for 25 years.
