An original 1998 oil pastel drawing on card stock by contemporary American artist Katherine DuTremble, titled Path in the Pond. The image depicts an Impressionist rendering of flowers and vegetation reflecting on a small, narrow slice of still water, forming a pathway of light. Artist signature is carved into the pastels to the lower left. This work is mounted behind white mat, under acrylic glass in a beveled wood frame with a gold leaf finish. Labels with basic information about this piece are attached to the verso. Artist signature is marked again to the verso.
