This portrait work depicts the words ‘Sala Gaspar, Picasso’ above the abstract portrait of a man with curly hair and small eyes above a mustache and beard, all in striking lines in their own wild patterns. The bottom left reads ‘Pintura-Dibajo-Gribado’ (‘Painting-Drawing-Recording’) and ‘Marzo – 1968’ (‘March – 1968’). The piece is presented unmatted and unframed.
