Shenango China "Mountain Laurel" Pennsylvania Railroad Dishes
Item Details
A collection of china by Shenango China made for the Pennsylvania Railroad. This includes one large plate, two small plates, three small bowls, a small dish, a mug, two teacups, and two saucers. The plates and bowls feature pale teal rims, against the cream ground. The plates and the cups display the Mountain Laurel pattern, with the pink state flower of Pennsylvania. Each is stamped underneath ‘Shenango China’ in a variety of maker’s mark variations.
