Syracuse China and Buffalo China "Dewitt Clinton" Railroad China Assortment

A collection of Dewitt Clinton china by the Syracuse China Corporation and the Buffalo China Company for the New York Central Lines. This includes a pair of 1831-1981 Mohawk & Hudson Railroad Sesquicentennial commemorative plates by the Syracuse China Corp. Also marked for Syracuse China Corp/Onondaga Pottery Company are ten shallow 1980 bowls, three small 1981 plates, two teacups and three saucers with date marks for 1981, a 1944 straight sided bowl, and a 1929 pitcher. In a matching pattern, but marked for the Buffalo China Company are two small bowls and one small plate. Each piece features a pale blue meandering foliate band with a train car silhouette medallion.
