An original watercolor painting Grey Skies, by William R. Brooks (American, b. 1938). The painting depicts a distant farmhouse with a windswept hill in the foreground. The painting is signed ‘W. R. Brooks’ to the lower right corner and is presented with white matting under glass in a brown wood frame with silver tone trim. Ready to hang. A newspaper clipping about the artist is affixed to the verso.
Condition
- frame shows extensive wear; backing of frame has been removed; duct tape holds a cardboard backing piece in place; scuffs and wear to front of frame
