A collection of original oil on canvas pieces by the artist A.J Steiner. This collection contains three oil paintings of men on horseback whose imagery are all connected to the theme of westward expansion in the United States. The artist’s signature is present in the bottom right corner of each piece. Each piece is held in a wooden frame with either a gloss or painted finish, and each having a wire hanger on the back.

- paint wearing and indentations throughout frame on the man with horse and train; minor scratches throughout the frame of the man with three horses; backing paper of man with the horse on the rocky hill has two punctures near the bottom.
