Pair of Imperial Hand Painted Nippon Vases
Item Details
A pair of hand painted porcelain vases by Nippon. These vases feature a cylindrical body and depict a solider on horseback with one arm raised in the air. Bands of small flowers are presented against a green toned background with gold-gilt trim, which border the top and bottom of the central image. An additional brown band filled with wavy lines is featured at the topmost portion of the vase. The underside of each vase is marked ‘Imperial Nippon Hand Painted.’
