Antique German Silver Ladle
Item Details
An antique German silver ladle. This features a deep bowl with a flared rim, rounded shoulder, a long narrow stem and a broad fiddle handle. It has been personalized with a delicate engraving ‘Van der Mutter, Bertha Susfkine’ on the front of the handle. It is marked on the back with the pseudo hallmarks of a zig-zag Tremolierstich proofstrike and the number ‘12’, however it tested as only 60% silver. The approximate weight is 5.210 ozt.

- some overall minor surface wear including faint markings and minimal tarnishing.
