A Limoges Artois Green assortment with a Limoges Feu de Four bread plate. The eleven pieces in this lot include nine in the Artois pattern (Versailles shape) with bands of green leaf laurel wreaths and purple and blue flowers. These include a dinner plate, a bread plate, a saucer, a teacup, a coffee pot, a creamer, a sugar bowl with lid, and an egg cup. They have gilt details and are marked underneath ‘Limoges – France – Bernardaud – Limoges – Artois – Décor de la Manufacture du Comte d’Artois fin du XVIII’. The bread plate with gilt detailing and a dark floral motif is marked to the back ‘Haviland – France’ and ‘Haviland & Co – Limoges – Feu de Four’. The bread plate with gilt detailing and pink blossoms is marked underneath with a green stamp ‘Haviland – France’ and a red stamp ‘Haviland & Co – Limoges’.
