A framed Operation Sail poster. This image first emerged July 4, 1986. This is an image depicting the celebration to honor the Statue of Liberty. Many ships from around the world, including tall masted ships and small gathered in New York Harbor for a glorious parade of ships. It is presented in a flat navy blue metal frame.
