The book is red leather bound, has gold gilt lettering on the spine, with raised bands, gilt page edges with attached ribbon bookmark and frontispiece illustration of Picasso, The Old Man and Time is a watercolor by Francoise Gilot and was photographed for this edition by Hugh Rogers. The book is signed by the author in blue ink.
