19th Century Peacock Blue Vase with Kangxi Reign Mark

Item Details

A 19th century Chinese peacock blue monochrome porcelain vase in a baluster form with tall neck, flared rim, tapered form and flared foot. Incised six character Kangxi mark in double circle, underglaze to the base. The glaze has pooling to the bottom edge and fine crazing throughout.
The vase was once in the collection of Samual Boster, early 20th century antique dealer on Race Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Condition

- poor, has a repair to the top rim.
