A set of two religious prints after icons of St. Nicholas and Virgin Hodegetria. Featured is a vintage collotype print titled St. Nicholas, Bishop of Myra, No. 87, made after a 12th century Russian icon image. The image was printed by Max Jaffe Press of Vienna and framed by Museum Facsimiles of Pittsfield, MA. The unsigned work is presented in a decorative gold tone wooden frame with a hanging bracket and print information to the verso. Also featured is a contemporary offset lithograph on wood after a 16th century Greek icon image of the Virgin Hodegetria. The piece is titled Vierge Hodigitria to the verso along with retail stickers that indicate that the piece was produced in France. The piece is unsigned and presented unframed.

- wear and scratching to frame finish; wear to surface of collotype; “Vierge Hodigitria” print has artificial craquelure, fading and patina.
