Item Details

A collection of assorted Works Progress Administration slides of Europe. This selection of more than twenty-five slides, circa 1938, depict various locations around the Mediterranean including Germany and Russia. The slides are stored in a wooden rectangular box with a silver tone metal latch lock and marked ‘Bureau of Visual Instruction, 128 E. 52 ST., NYC’ to the sides.

Condition

- to fair; scratches, rust, and nicks to surface of wood; peeling tape on slides.
