A carved wooden sculpture of a woman, rendered in a traditional African style. The woman has a large crest on her head, a small mouth, a rounded belly, and squats over the base. Hanging from her earlobes and around her neck and waist are strands of plastic beads. Unmarked.

Condition

- right arm missing; part of base missing; numerous spots of wear to wood including holes and cratering; dirt on plastic beads; white stains to woman’s left leg and around breasts.
