Antique Birmingham Thomas Wilkinson Silver Plate Biscuit Jar

Item Details

An antique Birmingham, England silver plate biscuit jar by Thomas Wilkinson (active 1875-1933). It features a hinged lid with chased floral and garland designs. The body has a more ornate chased design with larger flowers, foliage, and a window to the center. To the center of the window, there is an engraved family crest depicting an arm holding a sword. To the underside, the biscuit jar is marked with the Pelican Studio hallmark, ‘T.W.’ and ‘A’.
