A handwoven flatweave Bessarabian area rug. The rug features a grid pattern of floral medallions in a palette of pink, sage, powder blue, and brown that sit on top of an off white field. The field is surrounded by a compound resolved border that offers a saw tooth style with floral patterns throughout and a primary border that features a similar floral pattern in a complementary palette. The rug has a wool fringe to either end and is not marked.
