Mexican Sterling Silver Candlesticks with Foliate Stems
Item Details
A pair of Mexican sterling silver candlesticks. These feature wide rims above oval candle cups that rise above the round bases with S-curve stems ornamented with a curving leaf. They are stamped ‘sterling’, ‘Mexico’ and ‘14’ inside an eagle mark to the underside.
Condition
- some minor surface wear with faint markings and minimal tarnishing; the stems are slightly bent.
