The man depicted has an X with a circle in front of him and is flanked by black and white columns. The background is of a royal blue with stars in the sky and a yellow obelisk in the center, with writing at the bottom center. This piece matted in black and gold behind glass and framed in black plastic. The verso offers a wire for hanging.

Condition is consistent with age, frame shows slight wear.
