African Kifwebe Carved Wood Mask

Item Details

A hand-carved and painted wooden African Kifwebe mask. The mask is elongated, with oval shaped cut-outs for the eyes, and a square cut-out for the mouth. The mask is decorated with white on black diagonal lines with a yellow mouth, and red nose. The back of the mask is hollow. No maker’s marks.
