Mexican Art and Decor
Item Details
A collection of Mexican art and decor. The collection includes a hand-carved wooden angel figurine, with a rope hanger, is signed Hector Rason. There are two Tonala pottery pieces including a decorative turtle pipe, marked ‘Mazatlan M.X’, and a hand-painted stoneware partridge figurine, which is marked ‘Mexico’. There are also three unframed lithograph prints on handmade jute fiber paper, depicting ancient rock art from the southwest. These prints come with paperwork marked ‘Rock Art’, which features information about the pieces. The prints are signed, though illegible. A hand-painted clay candle holder features the image of a dog, and is labeled ‘Made in Mexico’.
