A group of reproduction documents of originals proclaiming the birth of America. These include the Declaration of Independence dated July 4, 1776, ‘We the People’, a document outlining the Congress of the United States in New York City, and a call to arms under George Washington for the War of Independence. Also included in the lot is a pair of pewter plates with the likeness of Thomas Jefferson, 3rd President of the United States, and Abraham Lincoln, 16th President. Completing the group is a vintage corn husk doll and a cloth collectible in Colonial Williamsburg dress.
