Item Details

A vintage Federal style occasional table by Columbia Mfg. Co. The mahogany-veneered frame features a round, brown leather top surrounded by gilt, stylized bands. The conforming frieze has two working drawers and a series of false fronts, each of which is applied with brass tone, lion mask pull. The table rises on an urn-turned standard ending in three downswept legs with brass tone caps. The underside retains a shield-shaped label for Columbia Manufacturing Company of Louisville, Kentucky with a few manufacturer’s numbers.
