A newspaper article on paper titled A taxpayer’s prayer by listed American Pulitzer Prize-winning writer and columnist Russell Baker (born 1925), published by the Sunday Observer on April 10th, 1977. This piece depicts a prayer written from the taxpayer’s perspective as a satirical political and economic critic against the Senate Finance Committee of the time. The writer’s and newspaper name is printed to the upper margin of the piece. Presented behind glass, beneath a white mat, housed in a wooden frame with a black accent.
