An original signed cubist painting by Gelico titled, Hombre Acostado en su Tristeza (Man Lying on His Sadness). The painting depicts an abstract human figure with face, hands and feet in a palette of yellows, flesh, gray and white. It is signed in blue paint to lower left and titled, signed and dated in black marker to back of canvas, July 7, 2010. The painting is presented unframed on a stretched canvas with black tape trimming the edges.
