A pair of offset lithograph prints after eighteenth-century etchings designed by Pieter Casteels, engraved by Henry Fletcher and published by Robert Fuller. These two color prints, August and November from the Twelve Months of Flowers series, depict arrangements of flowers in decorative urns; each illustration features over thirty species of flowers, identified in a numbered key at the bottom of the image. The prints are matted under glass in wood frames with sawtooth hangers.
Condition
- scratches and chips to frames; acid burned mats; punctures to dust covers; stamps and labels on versos. (ARTIAS HS)
