Item Details
A mixed media painting on glass of the Capital Building. This piece features a black and white serigraph on paper of the political building underneath glass painted to create a colorful scene. The piece is titled and signed in plate ‘Russell’ to the lower left corner. The painting is mounted in a gray and tan carved wood frame with a beige linen liner and hanging wire present to verso.
Condition
- small area of paint loss top center; paint peeling top left side; stains to linen liner and frame.
