A wood engraving on paper after an original wood engraving on newsprint titled Teaching a Mustang Pony to Pack Dead Game by well-listed artist Frederick Remington (1861-1909). Originally published in 1890, the print depicts a Western genre scene with working men and their horses. Signed in plate to the lower right corner. Marked with a blind stamp in the lower right margin. Editioned in pencil to the lower left margin; number 1908 in an edition of 1950. Mounted onto white board under acrylic glass, the work is presented in a distressed wood frame.
