A hand-knotted wool accent rug. This Moroccan-style shag rug is rendered in a variety of colors with an emphasis on blues. It features thin horizontal, variegated stripes with a single guard border in cerulean, midnight blue, and violet. The rug ends in short kilim skirts at either end, with hand-knotted wool warp fringe in ivory, gray, and brown at one end and incidental, loose wool warp fringe at the other, with soft fine wool texture. Unmarked.
