L. Eggers Handmade Rag Paper Reliefs Featuring Nature
Item Details
A grouping of handmade rag paper reliefs by L. Eggers featuring nature. These three framed works feature low relief moulds of birds, seashells, craterous textures and leaves, which are dyed crimson. An artist signature is seen to the lower margins of the paper in marker. Each piece is presented behind a colored mat, and is placed under glass in a stained or painted wooden frame with either a sawtooth bracket or hanging wire attached to the verso.
Condition
- tape holds work to frame; could benefit from dusting.
