Item Details
A vintage map of New York State. This map is made of paper mounted on fabric. It includes topographical detail. The New York City borough of Brooklyn is labeled as ‘Kings’ on this map, which was printed by A.J . Nystrom & Co. of Chicago. The map includes a wooden rod for hanging on a wall as well as for rolling.
Condition
- minor tears along perimeter; small hole at about 44 degrees latitude and 77 degrees longitude; crayon markings throughout; area under 41 degrees latitude is cracked and worn; chips in wooden rod where map is attached.
