Antique Copper Poaching and Rondeau Pans
Item Details
A selection of antique and vintage copper cooking pans. A long-handled pan features six rounded depressions in the bottom designed to hold escargot, shellfish, or eggs while poaching over an open fire. The rondeau pan has riveted brass loop handles. It is stamped ‘All Souls Coll’ with a seal.
