A framed print of an original photograph on glossy photo paper of a tree titled Oak Tree, Sunset City, California, 1932 by the famous landscape photographer Ansel Adams (1902-1984). This black and white image depicts a single large oak tree highlighted by the setting sun in the distance. Mounted under a double layer of white and black matting, the print is mounted under glass in a black wood frame. A framer’s decal and wire for hanging purposes are present to verso of the frame. Born in San Francisco, California and a photographer and environmentalist, Adams is best known for his photographs highlighting the beauty and power of nature.
