An original oil painting on canvas by Watkins. This work depicts a streetside storefront with a red framed door and a window with a red awning surrounded by greenery from a nearby tree and potted plants. The piece is signed to the lower left corner. It is presented in a dark stain wooden frame with a wire to the verso ready to hang. The work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

- to fair; a few chips in frame, as well as what appears to be a repaired crack in the top right corner.
