USSR Painted Fall and Winter Table Decor
Item Details
A collection of painted table decor from the former USSR. These pieces share an autumn or winter theme with a matching color palette of metallic warm colors used on the patterns which are placed on an obsidian background. The standout item is a rectangular container featuring the symbol for the Tponka cigarette company which displays saint Nicholas transporting a couple in his sleigh that is being pulled by three horses. The maker’s tags and marks if present are on the bottom of the pieces; with manufacturers pamphlets in many of the containers.

- to fair; scratches and cracks on the top of Tponka container.
