A hand knotted Sewan Kazak wool rug. This rug is in brown, red, green, and beige, and features a central cruciform medallion with ram’s horn motif surrounded by branched elements. It has a compound border with a wide primary border featuring a serrated diagonal stripe flanked by crisp geometric forms. It has overcast edges and natural twisted and dyed wool warp fringe. Unmarked.
