Item Details
An oil painting on canvas of the New York City. This painting depicts a dreary scene of a bridge overlooking a body of water vanishing into a New York cityscape. The scene is composed of loose brush strokes, with two matching buildings to the far background rendered with flat white color to indicate them as being the Twin Towers. An artist signature appearing to read ‘O. Tool’ is seen to the lower right corner of the composition. The painting is presented in a stained wooden frame with patterned paper backing and hanging wire seen to the verso.

- slight wear to finish on frame at bottom right corner; backing paper is punctured along top.
