2000s Mattel Barbie "Happy Family" Doll Sets Including Pregnant Midge

A collection of three playsets from Mattel’s 2003 Barbie Happy Family series. The Mom & Baby set (#56663) features a pregnant Midge with a newborn baby doll that can be stored inside Midge’s removable pregnancy belly. This collection also includes the Dad & Son set (#56710) with Midge’s husband Alan and toddler son Ryan and the Baby Doctor set (#56726) featuring Barbie as a doctor.
