A 1890 Nippon hand-painted porcelain teapot. This piece features an ornate gilt design around the neck, lid, tip of the spout, and footed base with beaded trim, scrolls, and a green band. The underside of the piece is stamped with the Nippon maple leaf mark and ‘Nippon, Hand Painted’.
