Item Details
An original aquatint etching with a la poupée coloring, signed and titled partially illegibly by the artist in pencil to the lower margin. The image depicts a man leading two horses along a path running alongside a canal that bisects a woodland area. The print is mounted under dark green mat, under glass in a beveled wood frame with a distressed gold tone finish.
Condition
- accretion on and under glass. Light discoloration across print. Mitered corners of frame are pulling apart, notably to upper left. Finish of frame is worn.
