A 1920s Halliwell-Shelton Violet Ray personal aid designed to vibrate at a high a frequency and used to cure assorted ailments from; deafness, kidney problems, headaches, “goiter”, backache, massage, anemia and scalp treatments. Housed in original box this vintage collectible instrument includes derma glass comb, glass bulb, and metal handle; to use for indirect treatment. Includes original box.

- box was repaired at some point with clear tape and is well worn. Item vibrates but undetermined if works as recommended. Item shows wear and soiling.
