Item Details
A portable sewing machine with supplies. This piece is a Lotus SP by Elna and was the most lightweight portable sewing machine of it’s kind during the 1960’s. The Lotus SP features cross pattern adjustment, stitch height and length knobs, a spool tightening dial and a unique feature of having rest on either side fold upward and an extendable handle that allowed for transportation without a case or box. Included with the Lotus is an accordion style sewing supply case that opens on either side into six different drawers. Inside the case is a variety of sewing thread ribbons, a grommet plier and several sewing machine needles.
